Castaway Cider is fermented with cane sugar to produce a clean and crisp cider that is very light in colour. Young apple and champagne aromas effervesce when poured into a glass. Classed as a medium sweet cider, Castaway is well balanced, with natural apple character and a slight tartness on the palate, leaving a clean, crisp finish.
